About Us

We are a group of Professors, Ph.D., Master, and Undergraduate students working together in order to develop and adapt Change and Innovation Management theories, methods, and techniques aiming at delivering to the academy, enterprises, government, and society knowledge and practical tools to conduct transformation journeys towards the new business trends such as Innovation, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and Organizational Data Management.

Change and Innovation Management are diverse disciplines. Due to them importance for distinct aspects of corporate future readiness to implement the business trends, it concerns more than just one focus area. Here we spend most of our research time:

Innovation

At its core, innovation involves the introduction of something new or the significant improvement of existing products, processes, services, or technologies.

ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance)

The impact a company has on its surroundings—whether globally or locally—has become increasingly evident. People care about issues like climate change, human rights, and sustainability.

Organizational Data Management

It refers to an organizational environment where data isn’t just valued—it’s woven into the very fabric of how decisions are made.

 

We are accepting new researchers (Master and PhD) and new partnerships (Universities and Organizations).
