Culture of Innovation: conceptualization and evaluation methods applied to national industry
Abstract: The insertion of innovation in a company’s culture can result in greater efficiency in internal processes. The Culture of Innovation can promote the creation of innovative and sustainable processes, resulting in new products or even improvement of the company’s internal and external processes. On the other hand, the so-called industry 4.0 is characterized by digital transformation, leading to process automation at increasingly complex levels, leading to technological advances in the production process. In this context, the so-called Culture of Innovation takes on a central role. This research proposal falls within this scope, seeking to contemplate more specifically the characterization and conceptualization of the culture of innovation and methodologies that allow its evaluation in the context of the national industry.
