Goal: Create a guideline for companies to choose their tools for promoting an organizational culture change, with a focus in the innovation context within the Braile case.
Abstract: Culture alone cannot make an organization innovative, but the innovation culture is a set of elements that improve the capability and the tendency to innovate inside an organization. Tools for innovation are practices of innovation that manifest themselves through technical ways. Understanding the tools’ importance can lead to a reduction of resistance to change, facilitate the process of change management, and make innovation more present and active.
