Analysis and development of Human Resources practices in the context of innovation culture
Goal: Reformulate traditional HR practices, in order to make them supportive of implementation and maintenance of the innovation culture.
Abstract: The success of innovation culture is directly related to an organization’s ability to obtain maximum return on its greater investment – employees. The focus of the research is to analyze processes specific to the HR area inserted in the culture of innovation, comparing with them in a traditional organization, characterizing them and proposing possible improvements. The main result is a guide that contains descriptions of the redesigned HR practices that support and sustain the innovation culture in organizations.
