Visual Management Tools in Digital Transformation as a support for Change Management
Goal:
Systematize the visual management tools used in the context of digital transformation, its uses and applications.
Abstract:
The strategy of using the visual sense of the human being makes communication simple and effective, so visual management is used to streamline processes in organizations. The present study intends, within the context of digital transformation, to identify and systematize which are the visual management tools, the benefits and barriers to their use for the control of organizational management indicators and how the visualization of the results and the performance indicators are integrated with Change Management.
