Systematization of a Change Management Process Applied to Hospitals

Goal: Set up a frame on change management adapted to the hospital reality, highlighting the main stages and interfaces, which can serve as a guide for health institutions.

Abstract: The environment in which hospitals are inserted is constantly changing, and because they are organizations with many particularities, of high complexity, risk and cost, their management is also complex. The research proposes a systematization of a process through bibliographic studies of the relevant subjects such as: Change Management, Leadership, Organizational Culture and Strategy,  in addition to a case study.
