DEVELOPMENT OF A TOOL FOR CREATIVITY AND INNOVATIVENESS EVALUATION IN COLLABORATORS OF BRAZILIAN ORGANIZATIONS IN THE HEALTHCARE SECTOR

Goal:

This research aims to identify, study and test organizational and psychological tools for assessing creativity and propensity to innovate. At the end of this research, we intend to have enough data to create a manual for the evaluation of these characteristics.

Abstract:

Employees are the organizational resource with the greatest impact on innovation. In this way, a question arises: how to identify innovative people? Menold (2014) affirm that there are two measurable characteristics that can determine how innovative an individual is: creativity and the innovativeness. In this context comes this work whose objective is the creation of a tool to evaluate creativity and Innovativeness in collaborators of brazilian healthcare organizations.
