Stakeholders are redefining management

“Stakeholders are redefining management” is a result of the Ph.D. research developed by Pedro Ernesto Paro. Published by the MIT Sloan Management Review Brasil in partnership with Professor Mateus Gerolamo and Raj Sisodia, the paper discusses the relevance of #stakeholders in adopting #conscious management in companies. It presents business cases from Brazilian companies such as Natura, Magalu, ClearSale, Reserva, Raccoon e Fazenda da Toca.

The main takeaways of the paper are:

*The #conscious-business model (Hu), which has been tested in #brazil, presents a viable path for companies that wish to become #stakeholder-centric. It consists of structural changes in five areas: #purpose#value creation, #culture#leadership and #learning to change.

*Conscious business management speeds up new companies entering the economy since it strengthens relationships across several #ecosystems, encourages #collaboration, supports ongoing learning, and more.
